Returns and Refund Policy

  • We don’t accept any returns
  • Items can be returned ONLY if they are defects by our side
  • The returning item should be in its original condition new and unused
  • It will be accepted if its sent back within 7 days from delivery date.
  • Customers can change the size or the item of their order as long as the order has not yet made
  • For correct measurements, refer to LULU collection measurement chart before your purchase.
  • All sales are final. Once an item is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care to ensure that all items are of the highest quality before dispatching. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping or mishandling by the customer after the item has been received.
  • Goods once sold on +974 33502266 / lulucollection.online can only be returned if they are defects from the brand’s side and if they meet our terms and conditions.

Alteration

  • We offer free alterations within 3 days of receiving the order; however, delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Alterations requested one month after receiving the order will be charged according to our alteration price chart, in addition to the delivery fee.
